Health and Wellness -- A Priority at XO OPTIX

We are happy to see that our attention to sanitization to give our customers the best in-store environment has now proven to be very important and effective!

Now, we are enforcing even stricter disinfecting protocols before and after each customer visits the store. We have taken great measures to ensure the store environment is safe during this unprecedented time:

1. All our eyeglasses are UV disinfected after every appointment.

2. Nightly air and surface disinfection to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission by removing the virus from the environment.

3. Five-Stage Air purification System running twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

4. Chemical disinfection of high-touch surfaces (such as doorknobs, light switches, handles, tabletops, chairs, rails, sink faucets, light switches, soap dispensing levers, and so forth) are conducted in conjunction with our ongoing air & surface disinfection.

5. All XO staff wear protective medical-grade face masks (and/or face shields) at all times. Whenever needed, we may also wear gloves and protective eye goggles.

Please help us keep the store safe for our staff and customers by following our COVID-19 safety protocols. Before you book an appointment, please note the following:

1. Please make sure you and or your close contacts have not travelled outside the province within the last 14 days, and do not have any COVID-19 symptoms.

2. Please wear a face mask/covering to the appointment.

3. Hand sanitizers will be provided and body temperature check using a non-contact forehead thermometer will be performed upon entry.
